1. What is Glaciqa Premium Water?

Glaciqa is a premium packaged drinking water brand offering customizable bottled water with your logo, design, or event details. We serve Delhi & NCR with fast delivery and minimum order of just 250 bottles.

2. What sizes of bottles are available?

We currently offer three bottle sizes:

  • 250ml – Ideal for salons, events, or personal servings
  • 500ml – Perfect for cafes, quick service, and takeaway
  • 1L – Great for restaurants, weddings, and corporate use

3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ for custom-labeled water is just 250 bottles.

4. How do I place an order?

5. How long does delivery take?

Once your label design is approved, bottles are ready within 3–5 business days. Delivery is available across Delhi & NCR.

6. Can I see a mockup before printing?

Yes! Our design team will share digital mockups based on your logo and preferences. We proceed with production only after you approve the design.

7. Do you offer design assistance?

Absolutely. Just share your logo and brand idea, and we’ll take care of the label design – whether minimal, elegant, bold, or modern.

8. Are the labels waterproof?

Yes, our labels are printed on high-quality waterproof, smudge-proof materials with optional finishes like Matte, Glossy, or Transparent.

9. How is the water processed?

Our water goes through a rigorous RO + UV + mineral purification process and is bottled in an ISO-certified facility for safety and quality.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment methods. Full payment is required before production begins.

11. Can I reorder quickly?

Yes! If you've ordered from us before, reorders are easy. Just mention your previous order or label version, and we’ll start production right away.

12. Can I use my own bottle or design packaging?

Currently, we offer bottles only with Glaciqa’s high-grade PET packaging. However, custom label designs are 100% flexible.
